From scattered files to answers you can trace.

Combining research should keep the original sources within reach. Adent connects the work before your prompt with the source passages and citations you need after the answer.

Merge your research files

Collect papers, books, documents, web material and available video captions in one local library. Combine selected source text into AI-ready files that retain references to the original sources.

PDF · EPUB · Word · Slides · Text · Web

Use the AI you choose

Download the merged files and upload them to NotebookLM or another compatible AI tool. Use Adent’s supplied prompt to ask questions while keeping the source references in the answer.

Bring answers back to the source

Paste an AI answer back into Adent. Preserved source markers let you return to the exact original passages and prepare citations from the available source details.

Read closely.
Keep the context.

Read, highlight and annotate before you take material into AI. Keep the originals in your library, ready to revisit when an answer needs a closer look.

Own the evidence.
Choose the intelligence.

Your research library stays with you when you change AI tools. Reuse the material you have collected, read and organized without making one AI provider its permanent home.

A library on your computer

Research material is stored locally. Online metadata lookup and optional AI processing use external services when those features are used.

A source trail you can inspect

Exact passage recovery depends on Adent’s source references remaining in the answer. Other matching passages are candidates to check. Review source details before using a citation.

Choose your AI tool

Use exported material with AI tools that accept its format, including NotebookLM. Each tool has its own upload limits, access requirements and charges.
